Hi!

I'm a 53 year old Life-Longer Learner who believes in using the stories of my life to Empower, Motivate, Inspire and Transform the lives of others. I am a mom of 2 and a Grammy of 1. I have survived multiple types of abuse and trauma. Unhealed, painful emotions have nearly taken my life and pushed me into learning about the Mind-Body Connection. I have yet to meet an obstacle that can stop me (many of tried). You might call me a Type-A Hippie, I have the Heart of a Healer/Teacher, the sense of humor of a 3rd grade boy and often the mouth of a Sailor. I show up Real, Raw, Relatable...

My experience spans many, many areas, from Mind-Body Wellness, Spiritual, Federal Government, Mental Health, Private Investigation, Taxes, Addiction, the really ugly parts of life, the really great parts of life, Death, grief, Teen pregnancy, Single Parenting...the list goes on and on.
